BRC celebrates 2nd Anniversary!

Yousif Shamoo (IBB Director), Tom Brown (Hamill Foundation), Cindy Farach-Carson (BRC Scientific Director & Vice Provost for Translational Bioscience) and Stacey Kalovidouris (IBB Executive Director) were on hand to enjoy the festivities surrounding Rice's BioScience Research Collaborative 2nd anniversary celebration on Monday, April 9th, 2012.

Mission

The mission of the Institute is to promote cross-disciplinary research and education encompassing the biological, chemical, and engineering disciplines. The Institute represents a unique educational environment in which to prepare students to meet the complex scientific, technological, and ethical challenges we face in the twenty-first century.
