2016 National Science Foundation-Funded Research Experience for Undergraduates in Multi-Scale Biomolecular Networks (BioNetworks)
Details regarding the program can be found in the 2016 flyer and FAQs. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a science and/or engineering background, and MUST have graduated high school and currently be enrolled as a full-time university undergraduate during the time of their internship. The online application for this program begins November 2, 2015 (the deadline for all submissions will be February 5, 2016).
IBB also offers two high school programs in partnership with the Science Academy of South Texas (SAST) and the Houston Independent School District (HISD). The Summer Academy for High School Students and the Girls STEM Initiative are offered to students enrolled in partner institution high schools and the application process is not open to the general public.
